WARRANTY POLICY
All of our products come with a 1 Year Warranty.
The warranty period is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Without a valid order number / proof of purchase we are unable to process your warranty claim.
If you ever need to make a claim (hopefully you won’t have to), all you need to do is send us an email to info@zururu.com explaining the problem along with your original order number.
Amazon Orders
If you purchased your tracker from Amazon, you can find your order number by going to Amazon > Your Account > Your Orders.
ZURURU Website Orders
If you purchased your products from our website, you will have received an email from info@zururu.com confirming your order, this will also contain your order number. Alternatively if you created an account you can login to see your previous orders.
