The tracker typically requires 1-2 hours for a full charge and can provide up to 7 days of working time. Here are some tips to help you conserve your tracker’s battery life:
1.Turn off the Wrist Sense ( H Band app: Mine > Y39 > Turn wrist detection) or
2.Set the HR automatic monitoring and BP automatic monitoring to Manually ( H Band app: Mine > Y39 > Switch setting ) or
3.Turn off some Message notifications (if possible) or
4.Turn off or adjust the period of Sedentary Alert to avoid vibrating when you are not wearing it ( H Band app: Mine > Y39 > Sedentary Setting ).
